OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 72!


Hi everyone: Today I opened my window because it's the weekend. Big mistake! I usually fast 23 hours and have a 1 hour eating window. Today I fasted 18 hours and had 6 hour eating window. Oh, boy, did I splurge...here is the damage! I have been trying to keep things light and healthy considering I am only having one meal. I didn't want to take in a bunch of empty calories. Tomorrow is another day!

Lunch: coffee, chocolate dip donut


Dinner: Swiss chalet (dark meat with fries, bun, and sauce)


Dessert: double scoop of peanut butter chocolate ice cream

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
