Day 68 of #omad I am still doing the 23:1 Sometimes I do go over my 1 hour eating window. No big deal. I think it's more important to enjoy my #onemealaday 😉 I did about 5,000 steps during my daily meditation walk. I'm decreasing my intake of water due to my new weight. I'm now drinking 3000 mills it was 1 gallon. I'm using #keto and #blackseedoil to maintain my 25 plus weight loss. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
