OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 68!


Hi everyone: It's Day 68 of omad. I am still doing the 23:1 meaning I fast for 23 hours and I have an eating window of 1 hour. Sometimes I do go over my 1-hour eating window. No big deal. I think it's more important to enjoy my meal.  I did about 5,000 steps during my daily walk. I'm decreasing my intake of water due to my new weight. I'm now drinking 3000 milliliters. When I started my journey I drank 1 gallon of water a day. I am now experimenting with keto also as a tool to maintain my 25-pound loss. Now for what ate today.

Dinner: bacon, eggs, and salad

Dessert: strawberries, sunflower seeds, coffee with cream and molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
